Using CognaBright

CognaBright is available to families, support professionals and organisations to help coordinate everyday routines, communication, goals, progress and care-team collaboration. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose, and not to misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or information you're not authorised to see, or interfere with its normal operation.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you add to CognaBright, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. If you manage access for other people — such as family members or organisation staff — you're responsible for the permissions you grant them.

Information you add

You remain responsible for the routines, goals, notes and other information you or people you authorise add to CognaBright. Sharing that information with other people follows the permissions you or your organisation set, as described in our privacy notice.

Subscriptions

Family plans are billed as described in our subscription terms. Organisation pricing is arranged separately after an enquiry.

CognaBright's content and intellectual property

CognaBright's software, design, content and branding belong to CognaBright or its licensors. Using the service doesn't give you ownership of it. You keep ownership of the information you add about the people you support.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep CognaBright available and reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may be added, changed or removed over time as CognaBright continues to develop.

Not a substitute for professional care

CognaBright is a support tool. It does not replace professional judgment, clinical care, education services or emergency services. If you need urgent help, please contact emergency services or your usual healthcare provider.

Ending your account

You can stop using CognaBright at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that misuses the service or breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
