Evidence and claims

Know the status behind the statement.

CognaBright uses a public status framework and a claims registry to separate what is verified, what is still developing, what is planned for evaluation, and what is not claimed.

Status framework

Four labels with different meanings.

Verified now

Traceable to working product, working code in the audited marketing repository, or explicit approved evidence. Verification is scoped to the statement shown.

In development

A capability under active development. Completeness and future availability are not implied.

Planned for evaluation

A question, study or pilot pathway being prepared. Approval, commencement, completion and findings are not implied.

Not claimed

A statement deliberately withheld because evidence is absent, insufficient, unapproved or outside the audited scope.

Current public position

What can be said today.

Verified now

Family plans and pricing

Family plans for one, two or three children are live today, with pricing fetched directly from CognaBright's subscription provider.

Verified now

Contact and enquiry workflow

This website implements validated, server-side enquiry handling with a honeypot, request-size limits, consent capture and server-only database credentials.

In development

Ongoing feature development

CognaBright's core features are available now. Some capabilities remain under active development, and exact workflows may still change.

Not claimed

Clinical and research claims

CognaBright does not claim to be clinically proven, independently validated, evidence-based in a research sense, or used or endorsed by a specific number of families, and does not claim to improve clinical, educational or family outcomes.

Not claimed

Institutional proof

No customer counts, partner logos, case-study results, certifications, service levels, return-on-investment or time-saving claims are published.

Publication control

Claims require traceability.

Material public statements carry a claim identifier in page markup. Automated tests check that each identifier exists in the repository registry and is approved for publication at its stated status.

Future evidence is reviewed for scope, source quality, permission, recency and wording before a claim changes status. A product roadmap, mock-up or marketing plan is not treated as evidence that a capability exists.
